Property Inspector in Vincennes

Do you have experience working in property preservation or inspection services for foreclosed properties? We are currently looking for Residential Field Inspectors!
We are currently seeking outside home inspector(s) to perform visual occupancy and loss draft inspections for Knox county. Inspectors will be responsible for photographing the outside and inside, if necessary, of homes located in the area for mortgage and insurance purposes. Inspector(s) will also photograph any damages and fill out a short form. Photos and inspection results will be submitted accurately and on time daily by inspector to the client system. Candidates must have knowledge of Microsoft Software and internet capabilities. Inspectors will be responsible for providing information, images and reports via multiple technology tools to include laptops/tablets, Smart phones (Blackberry, iPhone, etc), and digital cameras.

Job Description:
- Visual Field Inspections
- Daily QC inspections and route planning
- Handle rush request based on client & company needs. Must be completed within 24 hours.
- Perform all types of inspections accurately and on time
- Research bad address to locate the correct property location
- Upload photos and enter inspection results into company system or email results directly to company.
- Check ques for new inspections, returned inspections and updates at least twice daily.
- Available by phone for questions.
This is a 1099, Independent Contractor position. You would be self employed, paid per property for completed orders. Compensation varies based on geography and number of inspections in an area -- we typically pay $3-$5 per completed order. You could expect to receive 150-500
orders monthly in this immediate area. The larger metro areas are zoned by zip code, an area could be 2-3 towns rather than an entire county.
We have immediate openings in the area - please include in your reply where you live, an idea of what areas you could cover as well as any experience you may have in this type of work. We do not require experience if you have the qualifications listed above.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
